Documents are assessed for structure, reading order, alternative text, tables, links, and assistive-technology compatibility. PDFs are remediated, and authors receive guidance for producing accessible source files.

An ACR is prepared on the appropriate VPAT template from evaluation limited to an agreed scope, with criterion-level remarks, stated limitations, and supporting evidence. Reports are updated after remediation.
Tag trees are inspected and repaired; headings, reading order, text alternatives, table structures, and form labels are corrected. Changes are validated with technical checks and assistive technology.
